I was expecting much more from a Northface item. It looks great, is soft and the thumbloops are a bonus, but the jacket was too thin. Walking around blustery San Francisco, the wind cut right through and the jacket didn't really provide much warmth. There are cheaper alternatives than this.

This hoodie is fantastic. It fits true to size and the Sherpa Fleece makes this nice and warm. Also works as a good layering piece as well. I have worn this as my final layer almost as a jacket to several football games. 4 pockets give you plenty of space to store things. Must have for your winter collection.
