I currently weigh 370 lbs, and the 36" snow shoes work really well for me. I have a bit of trouble in deep powder, but I accept that as the rating is for people at least 75 lbs lighter than myself. I am a beginner, but my experience has been fun enough to use this as a cardiovascular workout during weight loss. This was a great purchase, and I now have one thing to enjoy in these cold northern winters!
